What better way to celebrate the start of a new marriage than taking the great American road trip for our honeymoon? We traveled from Seattle to Las Vegas in September of 2015. Seattle, Portland, Crater Lake National Park, Crescent City, San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, Sonoma, The Redwood National Forest, Death Valley National Park, and Las Vegas were all on the itinerary.
Sara and I drove more than 1,600 miles down the west coast over 13 days. It was the trip of lifetime. Old friends, new friends, amazing hikes, one flat tire, good wine, wilderness, ocean views and neon lights. It’s a journey we will absolutely never forget.
