Part I
After 10 years of live music, cold drinks and good friends, The Electric Company closed its doors for good on May 12, 2012. In the short film “Last Call,” Utica Firefly takes a fond look back at the popular venue.
Featuring interviews with co-owners Anthony “Zee” Donaldson and Laura Ruberto as well as employees and friends, “Last Call – Part One” traces the beginnings of the Electric Company, notes the EC’s impact on Utica, recalls the good times and the rough patches, and salutes the eclectic clientele that made the Electric Company so unique and well-loved.

Relive some truly memorable nights through archival footage and exclusive interviews with Al Schnier and Vinnie Amico of moe. and Floodwood, Mecca Bodega’s Marc and Paul Mueller, and Ryan Montbleau.
